Day 1
Today is the first day toward a new me. I have decided that instead of sitting around and b*#@^ing about how I look, I need to do something about it.
I have also come to realize that I am not going to change my eating habits. I make healthy meals yes, but I also like my sweets (thanks dad). I think that my habits are too ingrained and flat out, I like food.
So, that leaves exercise. I know that I feel better and I have more energy when I work out. Beginning today I will start working out at least 5 days a week. Oh, don't get the idea that I am going to turn into a health nut or anything, but I am tired of my cottage cheese thighs and old lady triceps.
Please keep me in your thoughts as I begin this quest. I know that I will need all the support I can get.

Wow, that could be me writing that. You know the funny thing? I always thought you looked great! I was always jealous and amazed that you had three children and yet looked so good. whereas I have no children and am still sporting the "cottage cheese thighs and old lady triceps".
Anyway, I kind of agree that changing diet doesn't really solve the problem unless it is a lifetime change and few of us can change our diet for life.
Good luck with working out. Maybe it will inspire me to do the same!
